Cancellations, Refunds and Returns.
Quotations for repairs or bespoke work are valid for a maximum period of 30 days from its date.
Please note that orders for goods that have been custom made or personalised cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty or damaged.
The Leather Workshop is always willing to advise you on sizing and suitability of the product you are ordering. Leather samples are available to ensure you get the colour you require.
Orders will be made to the sizes provided by you when ordering. Any mistakes when measuring are not the responsibility of The Leather Workshop. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that were measured incorrectly.
We cannot accept returns on bespoke or initialled items unless there is a fault with the product.
If you wish to return a stock item you must let us know in writing or via email within seven days. Please enclose your details, type of product and reason for returning it. You are responsible for all postage costs and the item must be in a new and unused condition. A refund will be made when the item has been returned to us.
Following our departure from the European Union there may be changes to shipping costs, import duty and taxes. We, as the supplier, will not be liable for any additional costs incurred. As the customer, you are fully responsible for those costs.
